Steps for creating a Tdarr community or local plugin.
There are two types of plugin:
Community: Plugins uploaded to this repo that anyone can use and will appear in the 'Plugins' tab in Tdarr.
Local: Plugins only on your computer located 'Plugins/Local' within your Tdarr documents folder.
