PartyDonut fa30e634b4 feat: Customizable shortcuts/hotkeys (#439) ... This implements the logic for allowing hotkeys with modifiers. Implemented globalhotkeys and videocontrol hotkeys Also implements saving the forward backwards seconds to the user.
